Conflicts
This seminar-workshop presentation is designed to
provide basic facilitative mediation skills in a non-legal setting.
Participants will be guided through the steps and stages used in
conducting mediation. simulated disputes, coupled with coaching will be
used to apply, practice and rehearse the process.
