This presentation is designed to redirect teams that are experiencing lapses in cohesion.  It focuses upon adopting a higher level of interpersonal team professionalism.  Role-playing activities demonstrate ways to harness each person’s specialty talent or ability for the benefit of the team.

Course Outline:

These workshops will focus on the importance of appreciating the positive and negative cumulative impression that the team reflects to the community. 

Topics will include;

• Learning to share your accumulated intellectual property with team members.
• Using empirical knowledge to save the team from making unnecessary errors, extra work or damage to the team reputation.
• Mastering the soft skills of effective coaching and problem solving.
• Providing equally professional service to large and small customers.
• Empowering team members by identifying methods of direction, delegation & motivation.
• Cultivating the smooth exchange of praise & compliments by refining team support systems.
• Developing better communication through sensitivity and acceptance of diversity.

This workshop is conducted using a multi-media, PowerPoint presentation.  Attendees receive a complete handout as well as a laminated summary card for handy future reference and retention of the training techniques.
